Self-belief, Imposter Syndrome and trusting your instincts
So many of us have an inner critic, or we feel we can’t trust our judgement. Maybe you’ve been second guessing yourself or not following your instinct. These are for you, if that’s the case. Glennon Doyle’s ‘Untamed’ has been a particular favourite of mine- each time you read it, you’ll get something different from it. Well worth a go!
Overcoming that feeling of overwhelm
With so many demands on our time, the juggle is real. So much to remember, so much to achieve, so many people to please- it can all be overwhelming and can feel like heading towards burnout. When these feelings take control, it’s hard to see the wood for the trees. These books help to reframe some of that sense of overwhelm and can support you to think about the boundaries you might want to put in place to help you.

The world of coaching impacts so many and has positive implications far and wide. It is truly a powerful, versatile, enlightening development tool. If you’re wanting to know more about the world of coaching or considering training to become a coach, these tools are for you.
